Lydia takes swimming lessons at the Blue Valley Rec with Miss Courtney. It's a parent and child swim class since Lydia has had limited experience in the water because of her trach.
Now that the trach is gone we're going to jump on it!
She is currently a Starfish but after next week she will be a Goldfish and going to swim lessons all on her own while Mom watches from the sidelines.
