The day of Lydia's first open heart surgery.
I wrote this in a post that day, "Day by day things will change and she will improve. Slowly the wires, tubes and IVs will decrease and we'll be able to hold her again. Before we know it, we'll be home!" Little did we know what else we would be facing, but this was our start.

I just can't believe how grown up she is!! What a year!
