ReplyDeleteOh and I've been following your jogging victories. Way to go! I do something similar with the switching from walking to jogging, except I do it by genre of music and I also add in jogging sideways, but you have to be ok with looking a little lame if you jog sideways.
I'm so happy that Lydia is doing so well and that you and Daniel get to bring her home soon. Which totally means a library visit!!
