Lydia was super excited to go to the ball game!
When asked who was going to win she replied, "the home team!"
Because if they don't win it's a shame!
Lydia's first MLB game was last Memorial Day weekend at Coors Field.
She had zero attention span and we spent more time walking around
finding playgrounds than we did watching the game.
This Memorial Day weekend we were able to watch 6 full innings of the Royals v. Yankees game.
It was a nail biter when the Yankees came back to tie it in the 8th, 7-7.
The home team did indeed win in extra innings.
What completes an day at the K? A carousel ride and a giant red popsicle.
